How to Order

Step to Make Your Order

Once you have identified the product you want, place the order through our contact. Provide any specific details about your Order (House Type, Size, Location etc.).

Next steps, we will inform you of the total price, and shipping cost. If the price is agreed upon, we will request payment to be transferred to one of our accounts.

We Kindly ask you to send 35% deposit of the total price. Once the deposit is received, we will begin the production of the product you ordered immediately. In the production process you will be ask of 40% deposit and each production or finishing process reported to the customer by sending photos via WhatsApp or Email. The remaining 25% balance is to be paid when the house has been installed in your location and you get the key to our product.

The production process will take 45-90 days (excluding Instalation process) , depending on the type of product ordered. Order cancellation is allowed if production has not yet started, and the deposit will be fully refunded without deduction.

Our pricing varies depending on Type and size of product, Wood to use, and Additional Carving. We offer a variety of options to fit your needs and budget. Please contact us for more information.
